I dont know if shes going to make it.?

We found out today my dog got parvo but shes in the 3rd stage and shes at the vet and there giving her treatment fluid treatment but they said a 50 out of 75 chance and i cant stop crying shes a chocolate lab a year old and very strong but im scared shes not going to make it.
