I think this fever is gonna kill me!?

I got an intense sunburn on my stomach, chest, shoulder, face, arms and everywhere else you can imagine (yes, I know I should have put sun protection on. I did, loads.) this fever from the sunburn is practically killing me. I've been applying ice, cold water and drinking lots of fluids but the heat is getting unbearable. What can I do? Also I know you should stay out of the sun after this but I need to go to school tomorrow and I'll be outside quite a lot. What should I do about that? Thank you for reading and answering. xx
