What is the easiest way to level up in kingdom hearts 1?

Personally, my favorite place to train is Halloween Town. Out of the worlds you've listed, I think the Heartless in Halloween Town are the strongest. If you don't like that, then the next world I suggest is Olympus Coliseum.
