My car battery is leaking a blue fluid. What is it?

Charged my car battery over night, I noticed it was done charging, so I lifted it up and noticed a gurgling sound. I put the battery down and noticed the two acid terminals on the top of the battery were leaking. I grabbed a grease towel and noticed it was a blue fluid. Can anyone tell me what's going on with my battery and if it's still use able?
