Am I entitled to housing benefit as a disabled student?

I receive middle-rate care component of DLA for Asperger's syndrome and other learning difficulties. Also I have a disabled students grant of around �6000 per year to cover costs of a mentor, note-taker and laptop. I'm going to university in september and wondered if anyone knew whether I can get some support with the costs of accomodation or whether this is solely for people with a disability affecting their mobility.
