Does this count as bullying?

I'm 12 and in year 7, nearly year 8, no one in my form likes me and I only have a few friends in over forms and upper years, In lessons when we have to pair up I have to join a group and I feel upset cos no one wants to go with me, and people moan when I get put with them, all the time Itry to talk to someone and they don't listen and they say you do know you're talking to yourself, all the time, people always make fun of my weight, and always call me names like fat and make fun of my last name, trotter, no one wants to be friends with me and i'm just left on my own, this happens everyday is this bullying: I have a mentor but I just want to know cos my life is a misery sometimes, people pick on me on teh bus too, thanks :( x
