Was Jesus unfair to the Witch of Endor?

Jesus was extremely kind and forgiving to the poeple of Judea (Samaria, etc), who were alive in the first century C.E. , but He never went back in time to traverse with the Witch of Endor. Was Jesus being a butthole?
