Why do you think it took the Hurricane Katrina victims 5 days in order to receive any help?

SO what, are you complaining because your white slaves didn't kill themselves to help when you held your hand out. New Orleans was too busy in anarchy to help each other. Too much looting raping and pillaging. Wonder who wins the race on clean up. Asians in worse condition, or New Orleans residents.
