Somehow i need to get some relielf from polysystic ovaries,anybody have any herbal or other solutions?

I am 52and have gained 50 lbs this last 6 to 9 months and still growing, I look 9 months pregnant and bloeated terrible, I dont havve Insurance so I dont know what else to do, Please if anyone knows what to do tell me discusted & FAT>>>in traverse city,mi
